This visual image among others, will be on video screens all over the city of Kigali, Rwanda, as the country strives to host a Paperless Conference during the upcoming African Union Summit. The visual highlights the theme of the Summit - “2016: Year of Human Rights with particular focus on the Rights of Women” dubbed the AU PROJECT 2016 Start getting use to the flavor and branding of this important event as we draw closer to the dates of the event. CENTREP suggests the publication woulddiscourage others from indulging in corruption– Says publishing looters names would also strengthen the anti-corruption driveThe federal government has been urged by a group, the Centre for the Vulnerable and the Underprivileged (CENTREP) to publish the names of looters alongside the amount recovered from them. The organization made the call in a signed press statement made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Tuesday, June 28, in Warri. According the executive director of the organization, Oghenejabor Ikimi, making public the names of looters would not only engender transparency, it would also boost the confidence of the people in the anti-corruption policy of the government. Governor Ortom reveals that his government would continue to support those who were prepared to ranch their cattle in the state– The governor said agriculture remained the biggest industry in Benue state.
